The concept device is designed to act as a personal AI companion, as it offers contextual awareness through vision, audio, and real-time processing. Razer hasn’t shared any plans to launch this product in the market yet. However, this concept device gives us a glimpse into how Razer sees the future of wearable computing.
The AI wearable headset features a dual first-person-view cameras that are placed at eye level. Both the cameras enable real-time object and text recognition, which allows the device to understand what the user is looking at. Razer says that Project Motoko comes handy for tasks like translating signs, summarizing documents, or tracking activities such as workouts.
Project Motoko also comes with the vision system, which offers stereoscopic depth perception and a wider field of awareness than human peripheral vision. This allows Motoko to capture more visual context, making it useful for navigation, multitasking, or immersive experiences.

You can use it to respond instantly while you’re on the move, work, or play.
Razer specifically mentions that the concept device isn’t locked into a single AI ecosystem. It is compatible with multiple AI platforms, including OpenAI, Gemini, and Grok. Besides using it as an everyday wearable, Razer also plans to repurpose it as a data-gathering tool.
